The little things like dishwashing supplies, coffee filters, salt & pepper shakers, extra toilet paper, are very convenient - and the bottle of wine and beach towel were over the top! Adagio is an oasis on the Gulf - a sense of the Mediterranean where you can choose generously sized pools or a pleasant beach. Situated so that it feels like a get-away but just a comfortable drive to either Destin or Panama City Beach. D404 is beautifully decorated and a great place to stay.

The property was lovely; such a great location. And the unit was lovely. I especially enjoyed the high quality bedding and linens. The master suite felt like a spa! The integrity of this owner/manager was confirmed when valuables we left in the unit after check out were returned to us.

Sanctuary by the Sea
We've stayed in the BlueMountainBeach area for several years. Sanctuary By the Sea is an outstanding location. The Beach is very private and very large and the pools are wonderful. The balconies provided gorgeous views of the ocean and the lake and we all loved the hammock on the 2nd balcony. Having two bedrooms with a balcony is also great for two couples traveling together as we did. The condo is huge and very private. We loved it!

WE had such a wonderful time! Thank you for the wine and towel, both were gorgeous! My sons loved the beach toys and we donated a large crab net to the cause, plus (accidentally) a beach platter that matches the decor of 207 perfectly.
We loved the lay out and decorations of 207, the incredible view, and especially the spacious balcony where we ate every meal.
That was the biggest and nicest pool we have ever had in our many years visiting the area, and it was a challenge to get my boys out of it to get to the beach. Once there, however, we loved the snow-white sand, sitting in our beach chairs already set up by David and Wes with umbrellas, and the water was perfect for body surfing.

We LOVED our week at the beach. The first floor condo was perfect for us. It made it so much easier to be at the pool, and having the grass right outside for the girls to play worked out wonderfully. We hope to be back next year - and we hope to be able to stay in the same unit.”

Nancy - you really are our friend at the beach!! You are a success as you put the customer back into customer relations. We had a fabulous time and loved the condo. It fit our every need and we were able to have a great family picture made from the top balcony. May be our Christmas card this year. Thank you for the beach towel..a novel idea!!
We were so glad we missed the oil but we are sad for so many of the locals that we did business with as they see a reduction in income. Pray that this problem is soon a thing of the past.

We just finished one of the best week we have ever had in Fl. It was great being in the same complex as my brother and sister in laws and family. We usually vacation together every year - thank you for giving us the opportunity to have our first vacation as our family alone- but the benefit of being with them when we wanted! We have never had that LUXURY!
Your condo was amazing - and everything was just so easy! The kitchen was a joy to cook in because you had everything we needed - that hasn't always been the case in other units. We really enjoyed the extra large balcony that the ocean front do not have, and the pool view was great since it was the time of the month there is no moon light to enjoy the view of the ocean! We felt so spoiled with all the games and books to keep us busy during the tropical storm outer bands this week!
I just wanted you to know how much you made our summer special after it had started so difficult with my back surgery and the cancer they had just cut out a couple weeks before- the day we left to come I found out my biopsy came back that they had not gotten it all - your condo was a refuge from all this - and the added benefit of our family close by ( we live 6 hours apart and we are extremely close) but given the circumstances we also needed our family time and normally could not have afforded it with out traveling with them-- you blessed us by giving us the deal you did! Thank you so much .

Awesome Vacation: San Remo 402
The condo was outstanding. We had a wonderful time enjoying the comforts of the condo and sitting on the balcony taking in the views. Nancy was really fast answering all of our questions and helping us arrange for bikes and stuff. We highly recommend this property for anyone. We were there in early May and the water and weather were perfect everyday!

Great Place to Vacation: Adagio A101
The condo had a great layout, excellent view, and was very clean. The property amenities (pool, beach access, grills) were great and made the vacation complete. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone.
